ah, i see.

i mean, its easily remedied by using a proper video camera (which are pretty cheap nowadays) and then fixing the colours up post-production.

it'd be worth it i think

I used a metronome as the instrument of measuring time and tried to show the 'tricks' time plays on us.

it's alright, my intention was basically to 'disappoint' the viewer by changing his/her expectations about the needle's movement ...the metronome for this work represents time and while the ticking sound goes on the same throughout the video, the image doesn't follow it because in real life even though time moves in the same pace always we don't always perceive it that way. Sometimes, it seems to slow down or go faster. Sometimes people have been known to experience deja vu where an event seems to have happened before to them. The video is just playing around with the theme of relativity of time. Is it clear now or it's not obvious from what you see in it? it's ok either way.
Thanks for watching

Ah, I see it a bit more clearly now, but I was trying to attach meaning to the slight irregularity in the ticks, but I suppose that just goes to show how attuned we are to slight fluctuations. :P
